Trevor Fullbright has spent over 13 years in the fitness industry, coaching hundreds of clients from teens to seniors. He is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt and a former 350 pounder turned lean 215 who blends hard-earned personal experience with evidence-based methods to help people change their bodies and their lives. Long before working at RP, he was an RP fan boy using the original diet templates and even a winner of the very first RP transformation contest.
Today, Trevor is an online coach and the Head of Digital Content at RP Strength where he creates practical resources on training, nutrition, and behavior change that actually stick. His goal is simple. Make the science usable, the process sustainable, and help more people realize they are capable of way more than they think.
